2022 SCHEDULE – TENTATIVE (For reference only)

Wednesday, July 13th: School Spirit Day

8:00 am – Check into camp at the Center for the Arts Band Room (3071)

  • Students with overnight accommodations should arrive closer to 8am, and then will be guided to the residence hall. Students will be staying at Glen Tower A and can park their cars at the Union Garage while unloading their vehicle.
  • Students who will be commuting to camp can arrive and check in at 9 am

10:00 am – Welcome Meeting in the Recital Hall (Center for the Arts)

10:30 am – Morning Session

  • Winds, Guard, and Drum Majors will meet on Lot 14 for drill.
  • Battery Percussion will stay in Recital Hall 

12:15 pm – Lunch at the Glen Dining

1:45 pm – Afternoon Session

  • Sectionals

5:00 pm – Dinner at the Glen Dining

6:30 pm – Evening Session

  • Sectionals
  • Ensemble Evening Activity

9:00 pm – Day 1 Dismissal from Lot 14

10:30 pm – Curfew For Those on Campus

11:00 pm – Lights Out

Thursday, July 14th: Maryland Day

7:00 am – Breakfast begins at Glen Dining for Resident Campers 

9:15 am – Morning Session

  • Sectionals/Rehearsal for Showcase

12:15 pm – Lunch at Glen Dining

1:45 pm – Afternoon Session

  • Marching Arts Seminars

5:00 pm – Dinner at Glen Dining

7:00 pm-9:00pm

  • Sectionals
  • All Campers will meet at the Paws Lounge in the University Union (1st Level) for Evening Activity 

9:30 pm – Commuters can be picked up at this time or they can stay anytime after that until 10:00pm Day 2 Dismissal will be from the University Union and pick-up will be on the 1st floor of the Union Garage

10:00 pm – Leave University Union 

11:00 pm – Lights Out 

Friday, July 15th: Tropical Day 

7:00 am – Breakfast begins at Glen Dining for Resident Campers

9:15 am – Morning Session

  • All campers meet in Center for the Arts
  • Drum Majors in Room 2079

12:15 pm – Lunch at Glen Dining

1:45 pm – Afternoon Session

  • Winds, Battery Percussion, and Guard will meet at Stadium
  • Front Ensemble Percussion in Band Room (Room 3071)
  • Drum Majors in Room 2079

5:00 pm – Dinner at Glen Dining

6:30 pm – Evening Session

  • All campers will meet at the Stadium

9:00 pm – Day 3 Dismissal from Stadium/Lot 13

10:30 pm – Curfew For Those on Campus

11:00 pm – Lights Out

Saturday, July 16th  

7:00 am – Breakfast begins at Glen Dining for Resident Campers

  • Campers staying in the residence halls should pack up their belongings in the morning, and bring them to rehearsal. You will be able to drop it off in the Band Room prior to coming to Lot 14.

9:15 am – Morning Session

  • All campers will meet on Lot 14, then move to the CFA mid-morning
  • Drum Majors in Room 2079

12:15 pm – Lunch at Glen Dining

1:45 pm – Afternoon Session

  • All Students will meet on Lot 14

4:00 pm – End of Camp Performance for Parents. Parents will park in Lot 13.

Parents can bring chairs to sit on and/or umbrellas for shade. There is no seating and limited shade.

5:00 pm – Camp Dismissal!
